I thrive in helping digital agencies grow revenue and maximize the value of their company through providing growth strategy, sales training, recruiting, and all aspects of growing a successful business. As an integral part of the executive team at iProspect and RKG (now Merkle/Dentsu), I exceeded revenue goals by building high-performing, consultative sales teams from early stage ($4–5 million in revenue) through successful acquisition and $75+ million in revenue at above marketplace multiples.

My personal comprehensive training program, Winning Every Stage of the Sales Process, is proven to grow revenue while creating long-term clients.

In my consulting practice, I use a collaborative approach to foster innovation, solve problems, and create solutions, while mentoring and inspiring internal teams to achieve professional goals and meet business objectives. In 2023, three of my clients sold their companies to PE firms after experiencing significant growth and incorporating the strategies I developed in Winning Every Stage of the Sales Process.
